Assam, Mar 29 (ANI): Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, while addressing a rally in Assam's Sivasagar on Saturday, highlighted the achievements of the Congress led UPA government in the last decade. The Prime Minister also stated that he felt privileged to have got an opportunity to serve the nation for a long duration of 10 years. Singh further requested the public to compare the achievements of Congress and the non Congress governments before casting their votes.
