New Delhi/Mumbai, Apr 12 (ANI): BJP leader Balbir Punj, on Saturday questioned the timing of the book by PM Manmohan Singh’s former adviser Sanjaya Baru and said that Singh alone was not responsible for the crimes and sins done by Congress party.
