The High Courts in India have more vacancies compared to the Supreme Court. Allahabad High Court, which has an approved strength of 160 judges, also has the most number of vacancies. It has vacancy for 82 judges, which is higher than the current working strength of 78. Others like the Hyderabad High Court has 22 vacancies out of 27 while Bombay High Court has 30 out of 94 and Delhi High Court has 20 out of 60.
