Actress Raveena Tandon has urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to ensure the safety of animals which she said will lose their habitat to the Delhi-Mumbai industrial corridor project. The 1,483-km corridor is a state-sponsored industrial development project worth $100 billion to develop industrial zones. It is spread across six states. To underline how the project will disrupt the life of animals, Raveena has joined hands with animal rights organisation People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India.
