Chef Martin Kindlesides' of Luna Nudo Gusta served a spectacular menu of appetisers and main course like Artisanal Burrata & Florentine Fennel, Truffle Infused Charred Corn Polenta, Pearl Couscous with Soft Feta, Chilean Seabass with Crab Butter Sauce to name a few. The dining experience was completed with delicious desserts like Bourbon Vanilla Raspberry Pana Cotta and Vegan Apple Tart.
