Bhubaneswar/Ranchi, Oct 14 (ANI): The officials in the weather department forecasted on Monday that the Super-Cyclone 'Phailin' is expected to reach Jharkhand accompanied by heavy rains in several regions. Earlier, a mass evacuation saved thousands of people from the cyclone in Odisha. Director of weather department, Bhubaneshwar, Sarat Sahu, confirmed that the intensity of the cyclone had calmed down. Meanwhile, the acting director of meteorological department in Ranchi, J S Jojo said that the state of Jharkhand could face the impacts of cyclone accompanied with heavy rain.
