"PES 2017," upcoming football simulation video game from Japan's Konami will not feature a playable demo for its PC version of the game. This is following the confirmation that console versions of the game will be receiving a demo.

The official twitter page of the game posted a tweet that confirms that the game will not have a PC demo mode. Konami argued that developing one for the PC mode was not possible as it meant extra work on anti-cheating using particular software.

The "PES 2017" demo will be available on Aug. 23 for both PS4 and Xbox One platforms.

Moreover, Konami confirmed that it would deploy a patch with 2v2 online lobby after the game's launch.
