New Delhi, Oct 16 (ANI): Reacting to former coal secretary PC Parakh's charge on Coalgate, Congress leader and Information and Broadcasting (I and B) minister Manish Tewari on Wednesday said that it is inappropriate for people to comment on a matter which is sub-judice. Talking to mediapersons in New Delhi, he said that the entire matter is under investigation monitored by the Supreme Court and the government has been fully cooperating with the investigation so unnecessary speculations should be avoided.
