Jammu, Nov 18 (ANI): India, a country of varied religious communities, known for its religious acceptance and tolerance. It houses people from different religious beliefs who celebrate each other's fairs and festivals with zeal and enthusiasm. A similar example is seen during the Urs of Sai Ganji Baba in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir, where devotees including Hindu and Muslims pay obeisance to saint and seek his blessings. During the Urs, religious scholars threw light on the teachings of the saint, while devotees remain busy chanting hymns and pray for peace and prosperity in the region. A free community kitchen is also installed where free food is served to devotees, who take the same as blessings from the shrine. The shrine showcases the mutual respect and brotherhood between the people of different communities, for which India is known in the world.
