Patna, Oct 27 (ANI): After a series of crude bombs exploded in Patna city of Bihar, the satte Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that there was no intelligence input for the same and that this is totally against the culture of Bihar. He also announced the compensation of 5 lakhs for the dead and proper treatment for the injured. Kumar also assured the opposition BJP that even when there are tensions between the two parties, such incidents are highly condemnable and said that there was no lapse in security system.
