Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who addressed the "Parivartan" rally at Gandhi Maidan in Gaya, Bihar on Sunday, vehemently attacked Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and RJD. Modi's visit, ahead of the Bihar Assembly election, is politically significant.

The venue of the rally, where Modi delivered a lengthy speech, witnessed a massive crowd. The BJP leader primarily targeted Nitish Kumar in his speech and charged that JDU stands for "Janta ka Daman aur Utpeedan" (People's Suppression and Exploitation).

Modi said that the current government has turned Bihar into a "jungle raj" and predicted that the upcoming Assembly elections will bring the desired changes in the State. Modi also praised the achievements of Bihar in education sector and stressed that NDA government can help the youths of Bihar to utilise their potential.
