Actress Parineeti Chopra of "Ishaqzaade" fame is all set to work in a film by Yash Raj Films banner and she will be paired with the newest chocolate boy in Btown Aditya Roy Kapoor.
"Update: Yash Raj's next with director Habib Faisal [#Ishaqzaade] will star Aditya Roy Kapur and Parineeti Chopra. Starts Sept 2013," film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted.
To be directed by Habib Faisal, the film is a love story with the lead pair playing a love struck couple.
A source told Mumbai Mirror, "The film is a love story. Habib is at the moment scouting locations. Like most of his stories, this too will be set in North India."
"Both Aditya Chopra and Habib Faisal were impressed by Aditya Roy Kapur's performance in 'Aashiqui 2' and 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani'. As for Parineeti, her spunk and natural acting is what is required for the character.," added the source.
Aditya Roy Kapoor will be working with Parineeti Chopra and Yash Raj banner for the first time in his film career.
For Parineeti, the untitled film will be her second outing with director Faisal with whom she worked with in "Ishaaqzade".
The actress has her hands full with three films already in her kitty. She will be seen opposite Siddharth Malhotra in "Hasse Toh Phasee" and two other films by Yash Raj banner - "Kill Dill" starring Ranveer Singh and Ali Zafar, and the other to be directed by Maneesh Sharma of "Band Baaja Baarat" fame.
Meanwhile Aditya, whose film, "Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani" has struck gold, is busy shooting Gautam Menon directed film, "Assi Naabe Poorey Sau", a trilingual project. He will be seen as the lead in the Hindi project while actors Jeeva and Nani will be seen in the Tamil and Telugu versions respectively.
