After the debacle in the Champions Trophy, Pakistan will play five One Day Internationals (ODI) and two Twenty20 matches against West Indies away from home. The bilateral series will kick start on 14 July and conclude on 24 July.

The first two ODIs will be played at Providence Stadium, Guyana while the remaining three matches will be played at Beausejour Stadium Gros Islet, St Lucia. The two Twenty20 matches are scheduled to be played on 27 and 28 July at Arnos Vale Ground, Kingstown.

West Indies come into the series after an unlucky outing in the Tri-series, which India won. They missed the final spot to Sri Lanka on net run rate difference. They are looking dangerous at home though the inconsistency in their batting may worry them.

They have retained the Tri-series squad that played against India and Sri Lanka for the bilateral series against Pakistan except wicketkeeper Denesh Ramdin who was dropped from the first two ODIs. Fast bowler Ravi Rampaul is also sidelined.

Pakistan will tour West Indies after the dismal performance at the recent Champions Trophy where they lost all the games. They need to win in West Indies and boost their morale after all the backlash following their poor performance.

Misbah-ul-Haq will lead Pakistan in ODI while Muhammad Hafeez will lead in Twenty20. Former captain Shoaib Malik, wicketkeeper Kamran Akmal and opening batsman Imran Farhat were dropped from the squad while Shahid Afrid was recalled to the team. They have included youngsters Ahmad Shehzad, Umar Akmal and Muhammad Rizwan in the squad.

Here is complete schedule of Pakistan's tour of West Indies 2013.
