Jammu and Kashmir, Aug 28 (ANI): Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad, said on Thursday Pakistan should never be forgiven for continuous ceasefire violations in Kashmir border region and causing suffering to poor people after visiting the victims. Pakistani Rangers fired on personnel of India's paramilitary Border Security Force (BSF) hours after holding meeting with their Indian counterparts in Pargwal sector of northern state of Jammu and Kashmir. Azad also hit out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for allegedly being silent on the issue.
