Gilgit/ Lahore, Feb 17: The world is closely watching the ongoing peace talks between Taliban insurgents and the Pakistan government. Both sides are trying to find a negotiated settlement and stop fighting. But, the people who have been suffering at of the hands of the militants don’t see any change happening. In Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan, where the Tehreek e Taliban has been launching attacks, the locals call it a Pakistani ruse. The Tehreek e Taliban, an umbrella organization grouping of numerous militant factions, has killed tens of thousands of civilians since it was first established in 2007.
