Jammu, Feb 10 (ANI): Opposition party in Jammu and Kashmir, People’s Democratic Party (PDP) disrupted the proceedings of state assembly and demanded arrest of former state Health Minister Shabir Khan, who has been accused of molesting a woman doctor. The PDP staged protest during the address of Governor NN Vohra on Monday.
