Leh, Aug 12 (ANI): Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and also credited Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for the electric power projects in the state. Modi is to inaugurate the 45 MW Nimoo-Bazgo hydroelectric power project in Leh and later, 44 MW hydro power project at Chutak village in Kargil district while on his day long visit in the valley. Abdullah also said that the project will enable the areas to transmit about 5000 MW power to other areas and to prosper the economy further.
