Jammu/New Delhi, Nov 27 (ANI): Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Thursday said that oil marketing companies (OMCs) will decide the rates of petrol and diesel. He said this while attending a function in Jammu. India has three OMCs, Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). Meanwhile, Pradhan talked about the launch of a modified Direct Benefit Transfer of LPG (DBTL) scheme in 54 districts on November 14.
