Sambalpur, March 14 (ANI): BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narenda Modi while addressing a rally at Sambalpur in Odhisha on Friday reacted strongly against the Congress and the UPA government. Targeting the Congress' flagship Food Security Act, he said that it has taken the Congress 60 years to bring a law on food. He also said that the Congress did not know there is a tribal community in the country, and it has special needs.
