Tennis' most prestigious tournament Wimbledon is all set to get under way in London from Monday. Fans have been anxiously waiting for the seedings and they have been announced on Wednesday.
However, it would not have made much of a difference as it was pretty much predictable so as to which players are going to be the top seeded in men's and women's singles event in Wimbledon 2016.
Serbian player Novak Djokovic will be the top seeded player in this year's Wimbledon. He will be followed by Andy Murray and, of course, the 'Fed-Express' Roger Federer as the third seed.
Stanislas Wawrinka is going to be the fourth seeded and Kei Nishikori has earned the fifth spot.
In women's singles, Serena Williams will be the top seeded player and Garbine Muguruza, who stunned the former in the French Open final a couple of weeks ago in Roland Garros, will be the second seeded player at Wimbledon 2016.
