Finnish handset maker Nokia has officially released its flagship Lumia 925 smartphone in India.
Nokia's official e-store has begun selling the metal-clad, 4.5-inch Lumia 925 for ₹34,169. Other online retailers are offering the same smartphone for ₹33,999.
Lumia 925 sports a 4.5-inch AMOLED WXGA screen with 1280x768p display resolution having pixel density of 334 ppi (pixels per inch) and runs on the Windows Phone 8 OS.
Under the hood, it packs a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor with 1GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt memory.
The Aluminum-clad Lumia 925 flaunts an 8.7-megapixel PureView camera on the rear side with dual-LED flash support, OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) and Carl Zeiss Tesser lens. The phone is also capable of recording 1080p full HD video at 30 fps. It features a 1.2-megapixel wide-angle HD camera capable of taking with 1280x960p resolution images.
Apart from Lumia 925, Nokia's biggest smartphone, Lumia 625, will also go on sale by the end of this month. Prospective buyers who are eager to get their hands on the new 4.7-inch Lumia phone before it hit shelves can place pre-orders on the Snapdeal website by a paying an advance amount of ₹1,000.
