Nokia Lumia 730 'Selfie' Centric Mid-Range Smartphone Specifications Leak; Tipped to Support 4G-LTE

The long rumored Lumia 730 specifications have surfaced online just ahead of the launch early next month.

Technology blog, Nokia Power User (via Chinese portal Baidu) has gotten hold of the graphical image of the alleged Lumia 730 smartphone, reported to be leaked from the Chinese telecommunication certifications website. It reveals that the upcoming Nokia phone will boast of 4G LTE network support, Nano-SIM slots, Qi wireless charging ability and a microSD card slot.

Nokia Lumia 730 aka Superman is also said to boast Carl Zeiss lens based 6.7-megapixel camera on the rear side and a 5.0-megapixel snapper on the front.

Other expected features include 4.7-inch HD (720x1280p) display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 series quad-core processor, Adreno 305 graphics engine, Windows Phone 8.1 OS, 1GB RAM and 8GB inbuilt memory.

As of now, there is no proof to validate the authenticity of the report. Until the company comes out and clear the air over the rumours, this report will remain as pure speculations only.

However, Nokia, now a subsidiary of Microsoft Devices has confirmed to host a press meet on 4 September in Germany, just a day before the IFA (Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin) 2014. Many believe that the event will witness the launch of Lumia 730.

Besides Lumia 730, the company is also expected to launch a mid-range phone Lumia 830, successor to the Lumia 820.
