No new 'Limitless' episode this Tuesday; when will season 1 episode 21 'Finale: Part One!' be aired?

After a thrilling episode last week, CBS will not air any new episode of "Limitless" this Tuesday, April 12, 2016. The show went on a week's break after airing episode 20, "Hi, My Name Is Rebecca Harris," April 5, and now, fans can watch episode 21, "Finale: Part One!," only April 19.

Last week in episode 20, we saw how after Rebecca's confrontation, Brian admitted about spying for Morra and that Sands was the one who killed her father. This is when the FBI agent, along with Brian decided to take some NZT and they teamed up to take down Sands.

During their investigation, they got their hands on Houston's burnt book Brian hid and it had information about NZT. The book led them to Morra's former employee, Amelia Glasser, who was addicted to NZT. She gave them a cigarette butt with the DNA of the killer, and while they are leaving the cabin, Rebecca gets sniped by Sands' hit man and Brian did field surgery to heal her. At the end of the episode, the two of them together managed to lure Sands and finally arrest him.

Now, as the name suggests, we can guess that the finale is almost here. Though the network has not released any promo for episode 21, synopsis for "Finale: Part One!" teases that the FBI will finally get its act together against the lab producing NZT as the drug floods New York City.

We have to wait and watch how this new enforcement affects Brian and Morra, as Brian will lack resources.

Plot synopsis for "Finale: Part One!" (via TV Guide) reads: "The FBI's worst nightmare comes true when NZT floods the streets of New York City and threatens to become a national epidemic. As efforts are made to stop it from spreading, a joint manhunt is launched to find the lab producing the drug; at the same time, Brian struggles to adjust to his new reality when he lacks the resources to continue searching for Piper."
