The CW's "iZombie" is all set to surprise its fans as the star of "Veronica Mars" Kristen Bell will make a guest appearance in the upcoming episode titled "Fifty Shades of Grey Matter" as confirmed by Rose McIver, who plays the protagonist, Olivia "Liv" Moore, in "iZombie."

Though the episode won't be aired this week, it is definitely going to make sure that the viewers find it interesting and thrilling as always.

Bell, 35, has numerous achievements to her name. She was the narrator of "Gossip Girl" and has also voiced the character of Anna in 2013 Disney animated movie "Frozen."

Bell will have a voice-over role in "Fifty Shades of Grey Matter" that is scheduled to air on 2 February and is the 11th episode of "iZombie" season 2.

The episode will be a reunion for "Veronica Mars" cast as Bell will be accompanied by several other actors from the show who eventually joined the cast of "iZombie." Some of the actors who will appear in the episode are Daran Norris, David Starzyk, Adam Rose, Percy Daggs III and Ryan Hansen.

Rob Thomas, who created "Veronica Mars," will direct the episode. Rob has also developed "iZombie" and it will be first time when two female leads from Rob's two different TV series will work with each other.

Usually, McIver narrates each episode of "iZombie." In an announcement, she said: "We are big fans of Bell and we are very excited that she is doing a part in our show."

While she also thanked Rob Thomas for making it happen, she refused to reveal any information regarding the sort of role Bell will be playing in the episode.

In "Fifty Shades of Grey Matter,", Liv eats the brain of a librarian who is dead because of poisoning. While investigating the case, Liv discovers that the librarian was an erotic fiction writer.

"iZombie" is a live-television-series adaptation of the DC Comics of the same name. The comic book has been created by Chris Roberson and Michael Allred.

"Fifty Shades of Gray Matter" will be aired on The CW on 2 February, 2016.
