New Delhi, Jan 14 (ANI): Former Union Home Secretary RK Singh refuted claims of Home Affairs Minister Sushilkumar Shinde who said that the US intelligence agency has offered help to arrest most wanted gangster, Dawood Ibrahim. Earlier, Shinde said that India was in touch with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to bring back underworld don and 1993 Mumbai serial blasts accused that killed at least 250 people. Singh, who served under Shinde and recently retired, said it was a ridiculous claim. Congress leader Saifuddin Soz said that Singh’s comment was unfortunate.
