Malayalam movie "Jacobinte Swargarajyam" (JSR), which stars Nivin Pauly and Renji Panicker, was released throughout India Friday, April 8. Directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan, the family entertainer has been one of the most anticipated films of the year.
The trailer and songs of the movie have already impressed viewers, who are waiting to see the teamwork of Nivin and Vineeth. The two have earlier delivered the superhits, "Malarvadi Arts Club," "Thattathin Marayathu" and "Oru Vadakkan Selfie."

"JSR" has been released in 75 screens in Kerala, and in another 77 screens in Bengaluru, Mysore, Mangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Gujarat, and Delhi/NCR with English subtitles. It is expected the break the collection record of the actor's previous movie "Action Hero Biju," which had grossed an approximate amount of Rs 1.59 crore on its opening day at the Kerala box office.

"Jacobinte Swargarajyam" narrates the real-life story of an NRI family settled in Dubai. The movie also has Lekshmi Ramakrishnan, Sreenath Bhasi, Reba Monica John, Aima Rosmy Sebastian, Stacen, Ashwin Kumar, Sai Kumar, TG Ravi and Dinesh Prabhakar in important roles. It is the production venture of debutant Noble Babu Thomas under the banner of Big Bang Entertainments.

Vineeth Sreenivasan has done it again, this time with a emotional, gripping feel good family movie. Jacobinte Swargarajyam takes you through an emotional real life incident of an NRI who faces some financial issues, along with his family. The film is well perceived by a well written script and good casting. The direction as always is superb, with all the right elements for emotion and laughter. Nivin Pauly and Renji Panicker has done their roles very well, along with Sreenath Bhasi. The female lead role by Lakshmi Ramakrishnan as the wife of Renji Panicker was fabulous. Jomon T John has done a perfect job in catching Dubai in all its glory followed by Shaan Rahman's beautiful BGM. Overall Jacobinte Swargarajyam is a feel good film that portrays the strong relation of a family. A must watch for those who like a feel good film.

Post interval sessions had a lot of mood spoilers.. Direction is not flawless.. Vineeth, its not your best.. Verdict : Touching in parts (5.5/10)
