Patna, Feb 21 (ANI): After central government gave special status to Seemandhra for five years, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar called for Bihar bandh on 1st March pressuring for the state’s demand for special status. He said that it is proved that the central government can declare special status for any state if they want and they are doing injustice to Bihar and other such backward states.
