New Delhi, Feb 08 (ANI): After the NITI Aayog meeting ended, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Sunday said that the meeting was extremely useful in that Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized on empowerment of the states. Jaitley said that the PM gave opening comments thereafter each states gave their opinions. He said that the opening comments were in context of governing model and that the PM said that priorities are growth, investment, jobs and decentralization. He also said that Modi emphasized that economic activities should be in the states and there should be flexibility of states. Jaitley further said that three sub groups is proposed to be formed under NITI Ayog and the members will be announced after CMs give their preferences.
