The performance machine has already started arriving at the showrooms of the company and will be offered in seven exterior body shade options - Vibrant Red, Blue Racing, Ultimate Silver, Gun Metallic, Black Metallic, Pearl White and Katsura Orange.

At the heart of Nissan's finest supercar is a twin-turbocharged 3.8-L V6 engine that is tuned to churn out 565bhp at 6,400rpm and 633Nm of peak torque. The engine can propel GT-R to reach from 0-100kmph in three seconds. Each engine of GT-R is assembled by one of five master craftsmen, called Takumi, at Nissan's plant in Yokohama, Japan.

In its new avatar, GT-R flaunts redesigned front end with larger grille and reworked side skirts and C-pillar. The rear end of the mean machine too has been tweaked a bit and it now boasts new tail lamps. The head lamps of GT-R now get four LED units featuring Adaptive Front lighting System (AFS). Nissan GT-R measures 4656mm long, 1895mm wide, and 1369mm tall and comes with a wheelbase of 2780mm.

Inside the cabin, the new GT-R features an instrument panel wrapped in hand-selected Nappa leather and a revised front seat design. It features relocated and redesigned paddle shifters, display commander for audio, communication, and entertainment selection and multi-function display. On the safety front, the supercar gets airbags, traction control system, anti-lock braking system, electronic brakeforce distribution and vehicle dynamic control.
