Google Inc. has unveiled its much-awaited flagship device, the Nexus 6, and it looks like a bigger version of the Moto X second generation. The resemblance between the two devices was expected as Motorola manufactured Google's latest device but they are two handsets with different specifications.

The Nexus 6 may have the looks of the Moto X, including Motorola logo on its back, but it certainly has superior feature from processor to screen size to memory.

The Nexus 6 sports a 5.96-inch QHD (2560x1440p) AMOLED screen with 493 ppi (pixels per inch) and protected by Gorilla Glass 3, powered by a 2.7GHz Quad core Krait 450 CPU (Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 SOC) and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop. It comes packed with 32/64GB internal memory and 3GB RAM, houses a 13MP main camera with Dual-LED ring flash, f2.0 aperture, 4K video recording, and 2MP front camera with HD video conferencing feature, and has a 3,220 mAh with talk time up to 24 hours, standby time close to 250 hours (with ambient display on) and 330 hours (with ambient display off). The 32GB variant is priced at $649, and $699 for 64GB variant.

On the other hand, the Moto X (2nd Generation) sports a 5.2-inch (1080 x 1920p) AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, and 424 ppi (pixels per inch), powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 Quad-core processor and runs on Android v4.4.4 KitKat (Upgradable to Android 5.0 Lollipop). The device comes with 16/32GB internal memory and 2GB RAM, houses Li-Ion 2300 mAh battery, and has a 13MP main camera with f / 2.25 aperture, autofocus, dual-LED flash, Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, HDR, and a 2MP front camera. The 16GB variant Moto X costs $500, while the 32GB variant is priced $550.
