New posters of the Amala Paul- Nivin Pauly movie "Mili" have been released.

The posters are in line with the basic colour theme of white and pink.

Nivin Pauly is seen in a semi-casual wear who is engrossed in thoughts while reading a motivational book.

The second poster is a face portait of Amala's character in a de-glam look wearing thick glasses and short hair. It gives more of a sketch-like look with gradients of pink and white. The poster asserts that the film is all about Amala's character "Mili".

The team had earlier released the first look poster in which Amala is seen riding a scooter. This upcoming movie is directed by Rajesh Pillai who is known for his upper hit movie "Traffic" (2011).

The shooting of "Mili" has been making news since its announcement and the shooting had begun in May 2014.

The audience will see Amala Paul in a de-glam look in this women-centric film. It is being touted as a motivational film with commercial elements, where Amala Paul plays the role of Mili, an an introvert who wants to lead a strong and independent life.

"Mili is not about looks, but how a socially awkward, unhappy girl comes out of her shell. All our growing up years we are compared with someone, a process that makes you feel a lesser individual. Parents and teachers do it to motivate, but very often it yields negative results. It breaks your confidence and you start a life with zero self worth. Mili is a motivational film showing how to combat that issue," said Rajesh Pillai to The New Indian Express

Meanwhile, Nivin will play the character of Naveen, who is a soft-skills trainer and a big part of Mili's life.

"Naveen is someone who realises Mili's talents and the film shows how he tackles her, helping her to shed her inhibitions. It's all about two polar opposite personalities and how one helps the other to come out of her cocoon to become a role model for others," added the director.

"Mili" is scripted by Mahesh Narayanan, who had edited films including "Beautiful", "Traffic", "Mumbai Police" and "Vishudhan."

The film also has a cast of Praveena, Shamna Kasim, Sanusha, Soumya Sadanandan, Sai Kumar and Sreerag Nambiar.

The music composer of the film is Gopi Sundar and cinematography by Anishlal RS.

Produced by Ordinary Films, "Mili" is expected to hit theatres this Christmas.
