Actress Manju Warrier was in for a surprise while she was at the shooting location of her upcoming movie with Sathyan Anthikkad. Little did she expect that her usual shooting day would turn out to be a special one. The actress had special guests, including actress Nayanthara and director Siddhique.

Nayanthara and Siddhique came to congratulate Manju for winning the award of 'Newsmaker of the Year' by Manorama News, which was actually part of Sathyan Anthikkad's plan to surprise Manju. The actress looked excited and surprised the moment she saw Nayanthara and Siddhique and thanked them for coming.

Both the actresses looked excited to catch up after a long time. Sathyan Anthikkad wished Manju all the best for her future and congratulated her for the award.

"There has been lot of changes in Manju, she has become more matured. The quality I see in her is that she is not fake and is open about her thoughts and does only those things in which she believes in," Sathyan Anthikkad told Manorama News [Watch the Video here]

Actress Lena and other crew members also joined the team in the celebrations.

For Nayanthara, the get-together became more special. It was Sathyan Anthikkad who introduced her to movies with 2003 hit film "Manasinakkare". The actress is currently shooting for "Bhaskar the Rascal" directed by Siddhique, in which she will share screen-space with Mammootty. The shooting of the movie is currently progressing in Kochi.

Meanwhile, Manju Warrier's upcoming movie with Sathyan Anthikkad is the most awaited film of the year. The film has been in news since its announcement as the movie will see the actress pairing up with Mohanlal after a long gap. The duo had earlier paired up for hit movies like "Araam Thampuran", "Kanmadham" and "Summer in Bethlehem", which were all super hit films.

The shooting of the Sathyan Anthikkad film is at its last phase and the movie is expected to hit theatres soon.
