Jagdalpur, Nov 28 (ANI): Local businessmen and shopkeepers in Kukanaar village live in fear as naxals enforce their own laws and extort money from them. The rebels put their own price tags on goods sold by shopkeepers and ask them for their share of profit. Those who ignore their diktat, face tough punishment. The rebels pose as `messiahs’ of tribal farmers in Chhattisgarh and they ask local traders to buy produce at the price fixed by them. This causes problems for the government in implementing the rule of law.
