New delhi, Sep 22 (ANI): Taking a dig at Gujarat Chief and BJP's PM Candidate for 2014 polls, Narendra Modi, JD (U) Leader, Sabir Ali said that being a PM candidate does not make him a PM and he is still Chief Minister of Gujarat and should focus of development of his state.
