New Delhi, Dec 05 (ANI): After Narendra Modi called the communal violence bill a ‘recipe for disaster’, Muslim cleric Mufti Mukarram said that Modi either is not aware of the bill or knows the people responsible for the riots in different places. He said that the bill will surely benefit the people and stop any communal violence from taking place. Further, he said that the UPA government should have brought this pending bill much before and they have just woken up from slumber.
