Sangli, Apr 9 (ANI): BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, addressed a rally in Sangli district of Maharashtra on Wednesday in which he slammed Congress and called them traitors and said their manifesto is a document of betrayal. He further said that Congressmen are liars.
