Actor Naga Chaitanya and actress Samantha, who are said to have been secretly dating each other, reportedly have made plans for their wedding, which is likely to take place this December.
Akkineni Nagarjuna recently revealed that he has approved the love affairs of his sons Naga Chaitanya and Akhil. He also said the he would make an official announcement about the further formalities. Since then, one question doing rounds in the minds of Akkineni family fans is -- when will Sam and Chai tie the knot?
A source close to Akkineni family says that Naga Chaitanya and Samantha have planned to enter wedlock this December and preparations for their wedding are now underway. But their families are keeping it under wraps to avoid unnecessary attention. They are expected to make an official announcement about it a couple of months later.
Samantha and Chaitanya are busy with their films right now and want to keep their wedding plans under wraps to avoid attention. Naga Chaitanya has two projects -- "Sahasam Swasaga Sagipo" and "Premam" -- which are slated to release in theatres on July 15 and Aug 12, respectively. Samantha is waiting for the release of "Janatha Garage," which is set to hit screens on Aug. 12. They will make an announcement after their films release. "After the release of Sam's next, 'Janatha Garrage' a clear picture will emerge," the source added.
Naga Chaitanya and Samantha first met each other on the sets of Gautham Vasudev Menon's 2010 bilingual movie "Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa" in Tamil and "Ye Maaya Chesave" in Telugu. They were paired up again for movies like "Manam" and "Autonagar Surya."
