Actor Naga Chaitanya and actress Samantha were seen on a shopping spree in Hyderabad days after the Manam couple was spotted enjoying a party at the Hard Rock Café in the city.
Naga Chaitanya and Samantha were seen having a conversation outside the Hard Rock Café in the city earlier last week. A couple of days later, the "Yem Maya Chesave" stars were seen walking out of a restaurant after a shopping spree. The photos featuring the couple at these hotels, which were fast circulated on social media, created lot of buzz on the net over the weekend.
The rumours about their love affair started doing the rounds in the media after Samantha spoke about her secret boyfriend at the promotion of one of her summer releases. Few days later, a video featuring them in the balcony Naga Chaitanya's residence fuelled the speculations about their live-in relationship. It was also rumoured that the couple would soon get engaged.
Akkineni Nagarjuna recently spoke to a newspaper and admitted the love affair of Naga Chaitanya. He said that he and his wife Amala are happy with his choice and would make an official announcement about it. "Amala and I are very happy for Chaitanya, who has found someone who makes him happy. We'll be making the announcement soon," Nag told the Deccan Chronicle.
Nagarjuna's comment created a lot of buzz in the media with some national dailies also highlighting it. But this apparently did not go well with Samantha, who tweeted: "Oh how I wish I could pick up the phone call a few ppl and ask them to 'SHUT THE beep UP' ya feel my gleaming positivity this morning?" She added: "The reasons I do what I do and when I do it is for me to know and for you to find out when I TELL YOU. To whomsoever this may concern."
It was later rumoured that Naga Chaitanya and Samantha get hitched in December 2016. Samantha spoke to TV9 at the red carpet of SIIMA 2016 on June 30 and said that she will not marry this year and she will be single next year too. "I will be still very single next year too. No marriage!" Samantha said with a smile, when quizzed about her impending wedding.
