The results of second slot of forensic test reports were declared by Mumbai police on Friday.

Of the total 90 people seized from the sundown rave party on May 20 at Hotel Oakwood Premier in Juhu, 86 have been tested positive for drugs, excluding two men and two women.

According to the Mumbai police who raided the posh hotel, 110gm of cocaine, 64gm of charas and several tablets of Ecstasy were found at the venue.

The blood and urine samples of all party goers were tested at Mumbai's Kalina Forensic Lab to check the presence of drugs and alcohol.

More than three dozen people, including top names from the entertainment industry, and cricket world, who claimed innocence in the high-profile party, are among the ones who either consumed narcotic drug or psychotropic substance at the party.

The accused are likely to be arrested soon under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substance (NDPS) Act, while a case has already been registered, the police said.

Police said, Indian cricketer Rahul Sharma and IPL player Wayne Parnell, who were among the ones detained from Mumbai's post hotel, have also been tested positive.

Rahul had earlier said that he went for a friend's birthday bash and was unaware that it was a rave party. He even vowed to quit cricket if found guilty.

"I don't even touch champagne at any of our team parties, if tested positive for drug consumption I will leave cricke," the leg-spinner had said.  Wayne Parnell had claimed that he hasn't been drinking or smoking from past one year.

The drug test reports were released in two slots, the first one was declared on June 23.

In the latest report, "Of the 44 persons, six are men and the rest women. Forty-two persons have been tested positive for consuming drugs. Of the 42 persons, 35 had consumed cannabis, three had consumed cannabis and cocaine and four had consumed cannabis and ecstasy," additional commissioner of police (west region) Vishwas Nangre-Patil said.

"The forensic analysis has confirmed that the white powder seized from the spot was cocaine while the black substance was cannabis. The cigarette buds have been found to have contained cannabis," Patil said on the national television news channels.

"Four out of 44 persons have tested positive for consuming alcohol without permit. A total of 33 out of 90 have been tested positive for consuming alcohol without permit," he added.

As per the earlier report of first slot, 44 of 46 were tested positive, out of which 27 had consumed cannabis, 16 had consumed MDMA plus cannabis and one had tested positive for Ecstasy.

Nearly, 97 per cent of the rave-goers have been tested positive, Mumbai Police Commissioner Arup Patnaik had said.

He also said that TV actor Apoorva Agnihotri, son of former cricketer Bishan Singh Bedi - Angad Bedi, and designer Rocky S are a few well-known names from the entertainment industry, who are tested positive for drugs. Agnihotri was tested positive both for cannabis and MDMA.
