Mumbai, June 8 (ANI): The first day of Mumbai Metro did not turn out to be too smooth both for the Maharashtra Government and the citizens of the maximum city as the services ran into a technical problem. The metro train flagged off by Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan early this morning was stalled for about 30 minutes at the Jagriti Nagar station due to a technical problem. Some of the trains are now packed with passengers as it is stranded at the stations en route. The trains also halted for five to ten minutes at Saki Naka station before heading for Versova, where it reached 20-30 minutes late, thereby affecting the frequency of trains on the reverse route. The Metro service was inaugurated by Chavan from the Versova station and was accompanied by Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (ADAG) Chairman Anil Ambani.
