Motorola fans who missed the company's recent offer, $140 off on products priced at $499 or higher, can now take advantage of the company's new phase of promotion.

Motorola smartphones have not only made an impact in India, but they have also been embraced with open arms across the world. 

It has been selling smartphones for a long time and recently gained much attention for its Moto G and Moto E.

With the launch of the second phase of its promotion, you can now save a significant amount on a new Nexus 6 or a Moto 360 smartwatch or any other Motorola product that has been on your wishlist for quite some time. 

The first phase of the promotion offered $50 off on pre-tax purchase of Motorola products priced at $249.99. There's even $140 off on merchandise that is at least $499.99 before taxes. Keep in mind that the first phase of the promo for those who received promo codes will end on Valentine's Day, 11:59 p.m. Central Time.

"Whether you eat all the caramels first, insist on dark chocolate only or pick through candy hearts for your favorites, how you enjoy Valentine's Day is your choice. This year, we're choosing to spread the love with a sweet deal," says Motorola in a blog post promoting the deals.

However, the second phase of the promotion that is expiring on 17 February at 11:00 a.m. CT, no registration or promo code is required. The second deal cuts $35 off on any pre-tax purchase of Motorola merchandise priced at $249.99, apart from $100 off on any product that is at least $499.99 before taxes.

However, there are a few exclusions to the Motorola's lover's day promotion:

"Nexus 6, Moto X (2nd Gen) on Republic Wireless, and Moto Care Accident Protection are excluded, as are any items currently on sale. You can't combine offers or promotions. Limit 2 devices among Moto X (2nd Gen), Moto G (2nd Gen), Moto G 4G LTE (1st Gen.), Moto E, and Moto 360," the promotional post states.

Apart from that, the likes of Moto Maxx and Moto E are currently in line for the Motorola products that are set for Android Lollipop. "Some sweet news for Moto Maxx and Moto E today: As we promised, we are continuing to expand Android 5.0, Lollipop to two more devices! We have begun rolling out Lollipop for Moto Maxx with soak testing in Brazil and Mexico and for Moto E in Brazil and India," another Motorola blog post states.
