Motorola Droid Razr HD is one of the most anticipated smartphones in the market at present. The device is expected to come with better features than its predecessor Motorola Droid Razr Maxx. Rumors and reports relating to Droid Razr HD are just doing that as the phone is expected to come with high end features.

The upcoming Droid Razr HD is known as Droid Fighter and the gadget seems to be thinner, stronger and smarter than iPhone 4S . The handset is going to support 4G LTE and the recent photo leaks suggests the device will come with shiny Kevlar rear casing.

The device is speculated to adorn the huge 3,300 mAh battery similar to the one found in Razr Maxx. The battery is the biggest plus point of Razr Maxx, clearly revealing its recent exploits in the U.S. over iPhone 4S.  Compared to Razr HD, iPhone 4S can render less than half the battery backup.

In addition, the handset will feature a 4.5-inch 720p HD screen and is not expected to feature home screen buttons, rather they will be replaced with onscreen keys. The screen is reportedly 1196×720 with several pixels likely dedicated to onscreen buttons which adds to its advantage as it matches the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S3's screen resolution. A bigger, sharper and crispier screen surely would make Droid Razr HD a hot favourite against iPhone 4S's 3.5-inch screen although it delivers good performance.

Motorola Droid Razr HD was lately spotted in China with a 13-megapixel camera on the rear and a 3-megapixel front-facing for video chat. The device found in China also has an aperture of F2.4. Recent snaps taken from Razr HD can be compared to that of iPhone 4S. They appear to be better than iPhone 4S, thanks to its more megapixels.

The Motorola phone is going to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 1.5 GHz dual-core CPU matched on the graphics end with the Adreno 225 GPU. This processor is ideal for smartphones powered by LTE.  The handset will carry 1 GB RAM. Apple iPhone 4S has 1 GHz processor and 512 MB RAM. With double the features to that of Apple iPhone 4S and 4G LTE support, Motorola Droid Razr HD is expected to continue the magic woven by Razr Maxx. It may even surpass the upcoming Apple "iPhone 5".

The Droid RAZR HD may run on Android Ice Cream Sandwich with the ICS's Holo UI of Android 4.0 and will have a redesigned user interface which was previously named "Moto Blur." Considering the Razr Maxx's recent price drop, expect this model to cost either $249 or $299. And if Super AMOLED is included similar to other phones in Droid Razr series, then Razr HD is going to attract people from all corners.
