Motorola's flagship smartphone Moto X Force, which is slated be launched in India on 1 February, has been listed on an e-commerce site.

Amazon has listed the Moto X Force on its website revealing that the 32GB variant of the device will be made available in India. The online store has also begun asking prospective buyers to subscribe to the e-mail notification service to receive details on the device's availability, thus confirming that Flipkart will not be the exclusive seller of Moto X Force in India, as previously rumoured.

Just a few months ago, Moto E (2nd Gen) was made available in Airtel stores, Snapdeal and Amazon, while rest of the Moto series – Moto G 3rd Gen, Turbo, Moto X Play, X Style -- is still exclusive to Flipkart.

Now, the soon-to-be launched Moto X Force might be made available in multiple retail stores so that the device reaches a wider consumer base.

For the uninitiated, the main USP of Moto X Force is its rugged display which is said to be the most durable display protective gear in the smartphone industry.

It boasts the company's proprietary "Moto ShatterShield" display technology, which is made up of five layers -- Aluminium chassis to form the rigid core, flexible AMOLED screen, and two layered touchscreen panels, interior lens to provide clear visibility of contents and exterior lens to provide additional protection -- so that the phone's display is capable of absorbing shock from the impact and is guaranteed not to shatter, says the company.

On the back(of base model), it boasts ballistic nylon (metalised glass fiber) that offers a distinctive design while providing ultimate durability. Underneath this coating, Moto X Force features Kevlar, a material which is known to be five times stronger than steel.

Word on the street is that the upcoming Moto X Force might be priced around Rs 45,000. Stay tuned for more updates.
