Amazon India has slashed the prices of two variants of Moto G4 series on its e-commerce site.

It is offering Rs. 2,000 discount on the generic Moto G4 model. Now, the 16GB and 32GB models are available at a discounted price of Rs. 10,499 and Rs. 11,999.

The retailer is also giving out an e-gift card voucher worth Rs. 1,000 to consumers who buy the Moto G4 Play (MRP Rs. 8,999).

Moto G4 Play is a watered-down version of the generic Moto G4 model. The key difference between the two is that the former comes with a smaller 5.0-inch screen with HD (1280x720p) resolution, Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 quad-core CPU, 8MP primary camera and a 2800mAh battery. The latter features a 5.5-inch full HD (1920x1080p) display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 octa-core processor, 13MP camera on the rear and a 3000mAh battery.

The other key specifications, such as RAM capacity, mobile OS, and front camera, remain the same.

As of now, Amazon is not offering any incentives on the top-end Moto G4 Plus (16GB available at Rs. 13,499 and 32GB at Rs. 14,999), but it is offering pre-owned models with prices starting at Rs. 11,500.
