Cleverly, Motorola didn't get involved into the specification war; rather, it has focused on small, yet meaningful changes to the Moto E2. Though we received the device on Monday for review, we won't be able to give our opinion on the phone in such a short time.

Meanwhile, check the below images to know what Moto E2 is offering for its price.

  • Moto E2 Front View
Measuring 129.9x66.8x12.3mm, the Moto E2 feels little heavy, yet rugged in hand. The major portion of the front has been occupied by the 4.5-inch qHD display with 960x540 pixels resolution at 245ppi. In comparison to rival smartphones available in similar price bracket, it sounds average. But in real-life use, the screen doesn't depress you unless you're a movie addict. The display tops with a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for added protection. Additionally, Moto E2 has a water resistant coating too.IBTimes India
  • Moto E2 Back View
Motorola remained wise while picking the materials for the Moto E2. The rubberised curvy back fits nicely onto the palm. The matte finish doesn't also grab oils, dirt, smudges or even fingerprints. Moto E features the 5-megapixel rear camera on the back but sacrifices the required LED flash.IBTimes India
  • Moto E2 Bezel
The Moto E2 features a textured removable cover on the edge, which can be changed according to your fashion sense. The back cover of Moto E2 is also replaceable so you can opt from several mix-and-matches to change the entire look of the phone.IBTimes India
  • Moto E2 Camera
Moto E2 doesn't feature 8-megapixels camera like competitors, rather sticks to the 5-megapixel rear camera. This time it has also introduced a front usable VGA camera. On a positive note, the Moto E2 features the same camera interface of Moto X, which gives you plethora of shooting options in an intuitive interface.IBTimes India
  • Moto E2 Interface
Well, the biggest USP of Moto E2 is that it offers Android 5.0.2 Lollipop out of the box. Motorola kept the interface quite simple which feels like using a Nexus interface. The Moto E2 also offers ambient display, Moto Notify and other features which are usually seen in higher end smartphone Moto X.IBTimes India
