Domestic + International collection (gross) in 3 days = Rs. 70.03 crore + Rs. 15. 40 crore = Rs. 85.43 crore. To this figure, we are adding the day 4 gross domestic collection — Rs. 23 crore — taking the total to Rs. 108. 43 crore.
Domestic + International collection (gross) in 3 days = Rs. 42.42 crore + Rs. 11.68 crore = Rs. 54.10 crore. To this number, we are adding the day 4 domestic gross collection — Rs. 14 crore — taking the total to Rs. 68.1 crore.
Both the films have grossed Rs. 176.53 crore at the worldwide box office and an additional Rs. 4.50 crore, which is the combined day 4 international gross box office collection, will push the total to Rs. 181.03 crore.
Both "Mohenjo Daro" and "Rustom" roughly need Rs. 20 crore to enter the Rs. 200 crore mark and should be able to achieve this feat by Tuesday.
Excellent word-of-mouth and positive reviews from critics kept "Rustom" strong at the box office. Despite facing a stiff competition from "Mohenjo Daro," Akshay's film showed good growth and is expected to hold steady in the coming days. "Rustom" is now number 4 on Top 10 Highest Opening Weekend Grossers Of 2016, whereas "Mohenjo Daro" has taken the 9th slot.
