Rajkot, Feb 11 (ANI): People of Rajkot city thronged a temple dedicated to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The temple in Kothariya village is drawing supporters of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) from neighbouring villages also. It took around two years to build the temple and initially had a photograph of Modi. It rose to prominence after Modis win in general elections last year. Ramesh Undhad, who donated funds for temple building, said it took nearly four years to get Modis idol made. Undhad added that fans considered Modi as second Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, one of Indias most looked-up statesmen. Meanwhile, village head, Mansukh Thumar, said that everyday prayers are conducted in the temple.
