Navi Mumbai, Aug 16 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday talked about connecting coastal cities under Sagar Mala project. Modi said that as he laid the foundation stone for the Rs 4,000-crore port-based multi-product special economic zone at Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust at Sheva, Navi Mumbai.
