Chennai, Oct 19 (ANI): Gujarat Chief Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi accused the Congress-led UPA Government of failure in boosting the ailing economy. Addressing a function at the auditorium of Madras University in Chennai he posed a question as to why Tamilians had elected and sent Union Finance Minister P Chidambaram to Delhi. He also targeted Union Foreign Minister, Salman Khurshid by ridiculing the manner in which the issue of incursions by Chinese troops was handled. He had arrived in the city for a launch of a book, written by economist-turned journalist and former central minister Arun Shourie.
