New Delhi, Apr 1 (ANI): Reacting over BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi's rally, Congress leader Shakeel Ahmad on Tuesday said that before Modi became a PM candidate, he never visited Uttar Pradesh. He also added that Modi remembered the state only after he developed PM aspirations.
